By using AI Piano Player, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its browser-based piano tools.
Use of the piano
AI Piano Player provides a virtual piano, recording controls, reverb, sustain, playback features, and learning prompts for personal practice, education, testing, and creative exploration.
You may use the tool to play, practice, record, and experiment with musical ideas, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Your recordings and content
You are responsible for any performances, recordings, downloaded files, shared content, or published material you create using AI Piano Player.
If you publish, distribute, monetize, or commercially use anything created with the tool, you are responsible for making sure you have all rights, permissions, and licenses required for that use.
AI Piano Player does not claim ownership of recordings you create through your own performance using the browser-based tool.
Public domain learning prompts
The guided lessons on AI Piano Player are based on public-domain melodies and classical works. Any browser-generated playback, note mapping, and lesson presentation are created for educational practice. Modern recordings, arrangements, and third-party sheet music are not used unless clearly licensed.
The built-in learning prompts are intended to use melodies and classical works commonly treated as public domain, including traditional songs and older classical compositions.
Public domain status applies only to the underlying composition or traditional melody. Modern recordings, performances, arrangements, MIDI files, sheet music editions, sound libraries, and sample packs may have separate rights.
You should review the rules in your location before using a performance, recording, arrangement, or exported file for commercial purposes.
Third-party rights
Do not use AI Piano Player to copy, recreate, publish, or distribute music, recordings, arrangements, or other materials that you do not have the right to use.
You are responsible for avoiding infringement of copyright, related rights, trademark rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, and any other applicable rights.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its hosting or security, reverse engineer protected services, upload or transmit malicious content through related systems, or use the project in a way that violates applicable law.
